Alex P Dela Cruz is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tilburg Law School in the Netherlands and a Blue Security Fellow at La Trobe University in Australia.
Alex P Dela Cruz is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Tilburg Law School in the Netherlands and a Blue Security Fellow at La Trobe University in Australia. He recently earned a PhD in International Law from the University of Melbourne for a thesis on the law of the sea concept of the archipelago and state-making in the Philippines.
Alex’s work has appeared in the Journal of Territorial and Maritime Studies, the Journal of Water Law, and The Oxford Handbook of International Law and Development.
