Catherine Highet is a CGAP consultant who is part of the Women in Rural and Agricultural Livelihoods team, including the lead on Papua New Guinea. She also leads FinEquity's Digitally Enabled Financial Inclusion learning theme, and has previously worked with the GSMA Connected Women program, CGIAR, FHI 360, UNICEF and other partners, focusing on digital inclusion activities, including digital financial services, digital identity and gender equality.
