Edward Howell is an ESRC Scholar in International Relations at Oxford University, where his research specialises on the domestic and foreign policy of North Korea.
Edward Howell is an ESRC Scholar in International Relations at Oxford University, where his research specialises on the domestic and foreign policy of North Korea. His current research investigates North Korea’s survival through how the regime-state’s nuclear program is embedded within state ideology. Edward has written for The Diplomat, and for the Economist Intelligence Unit.
