Ganeshan Wignaraja is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow of the Institute of South Asian Studies of the National University of Singapore and a Senior Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute.
Ganeshan Wignaraja is a Non-Resident Senior Fellow of the Institute of South Asian Studies of the National University of Singapore and a Senior Research Associate at the Overseas Development Institute. Formerly, he was the Director of Research of the ADB Institute, Executive Director of Sri Lanka’s Foreign Ministry think tank, Chief Programme Officer at the Commonwealth Secretariat and a Visiting Scholar at the IMF. With a DPhil in economics from Oxford University, he has published 20 books on international economics, regionalism and economic development including Asia’s Free Trade Agreements and Connecting Asia.
