James Barklamb recently graduated from Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University, majoring in Public Policy.
James Barklamb recently graduated from Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University, majoring in Public Policy. Prior to that, he studied Arts and Law at Monash University with a focus on governance in post-conflict societies, including in Myanmar under DFAT's NCP Program. He is working with Policy on their COVID-19 tracking project, focusing on governments in Southeast Asia and their response to the pandemic.
