Lester Munson is a Non-Resident Fellow with the United States Studies Centre, University of Sydney, and is Principal and Managing Director of the International Practice at BGR Group, a leading government relations firm in Washington, DC. He was formerly a Deputy Assistant Administrator at the US Agency for International Development, where he focused on developing and implementing the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and won an award for his contribution to the creation of the President’s Malaria Initiative.
