Marin Ekstrom is a language educator and researcher who served as an English Language Fellow in Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, during the 2025–26 academic year.
Additionally, she has taught in Japan, China, Russia, and Finland. She received her MA in International Relations from Central European University. Her research interests include Eurasian integration, language policy, and educational diplomacy.
