Matiullah Qazizada is a development and public policy expert with nearly 13 years of experience working in the public sector in Afghanistan. He holds master’s degrees in Economic Policy from the University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan and in Business Administration from Bakhtar University in Kabul. Matiullah has been lecturing on economics at Kabul universities since July 2019.
