Professor Wadan Narsey is an Adjunct Professor, James Cook University and a former Professor of Economics at The University of the South Pacific where he worked for more than 40 years.
Professor Wadan Narsey is an Adjunct Professor, James Cook University and a former Professor of Economics at The University of the South Pacific where he worked for more than 40 years. He has consulted widely in the Pacific for AusAID, NZ Aid, WB, SPC, ADB and other regional organisations. In 2011, he was encouraged to resign from USP, under financial pressure from the Bainimarama government. He is now in semi-retirement in Melbourne and can be contacted at wadan.narsey@gmail.com.
