While Americans and Australians see the United States as more influential than China, Chinese see the two nations as roughly equal in global influence
The United States is widely viewed as more powerful militarily than China, even by the Chinese people.
Chinese and Japanese say the US is stronger economically than China, while Australians and Americans say China is stronger.
