Reopening of 31 Bligh St, Lowy Institute Headquarters
On Thursday, 10 October 2019, the Lowy Institute officially reopened its historic headquarters at 31 Bligh Street. Executive Director Dr Michael Fullilove and Chairman Sir Frank Lowy addressed the crowd about the importance of the building to the Institute’s work.

Sir Frank Lowy AC founded the Lowy Institute in 2003 and has served as its Chairman since then.
Dr Michael Fullilove AM is the Executive Director of the Lowy Institute.
Richard McGregor
Richard McGregor is Senior Fellow for East Asia at the Lowy Institute, and is a former Beijing and Washington bureau chief for the Financial Times and the author of numerous books on East Asia.
