Jeff Hardy is a senior policy advisor at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where he works across a wide spectrum of international business policy issues including trade, investment, intellectual property, environment, energy, and transportation. He is also the Director of the ICC G20 CEO Advisory Group, and he serves as Director of ICC’s initiative Business Action to Stop Counterfeiting and Piracy (BASCAP). Prior to his work with ICC, Jeffrey held various positions with the US government.
