Nicole Cini works at the University of Sydney as a Research Assistant and at the University of Toronto as a Human Resources Project and Policy Specialist. Nicole has 10 years’ experience in the field of employee and labour relations including academic research in flexible work arrangements, gender and superannuation, strategic enforcement theory and labour migration patterns. She graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology in 2014, with an honours thesis on trends of underpayment in the Australian hospitality industry.
